ED 157 - Introduction to Mathematical Explorations Credits - 3 Lecture - 3 This course introduces current theory and methodology for creating an active learning environment that fosters curiosity, knowledge and understanding of important mathematical relationships, number sense, and basic problem-solving in an early childhood elementary setting. Prerequisite: MTH 025 Term(s) Offered: Winter Course Designation: C/T Elective - A maximum of 12 credits of college-level career and technical courses may be used as electives in the A.A.O.T. and the A.A.S. degrees.
