IAT 220 - Principles of Technology

Credits - 5 Lecture - 4 Lab - 1 Other -
Students will use technology found in the industrial workplace to strengthen critical thinking and problem solving skills through laboratory activities. Problems presented will be more complex in nature, as will the technology utilized. MS Office applications and industry computer applications will be used to analyze data and communicate results. Includes 2 credits embedded computational material.
Prerequisite: IAT 120  Lectures will be recorded by instructor and made available to students online with once per week lab sessions that must be attended in person.
Course Designation: C/T Elective - A maximum of 12 credits of college-level career and technical courses may be used as electives in the A.A.O.T. and the A.A.S. degrees.
