IST 267 - Process Control and Instrumentation Credits - 3 Lecture - 2 Lab - 1 This course introduces student to process controls and instrumentation. Students will develop a working industrial process that includes sensors, pneumatics, PLCs and motor controls. Efficiency, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of control system is emphasized. Prerequisite: IST 147 Term(s) Offered: Spring Course Designation: C/T Elective - A maximum of 12 credits of college-level career and technical courses may be used as electives in the A.A.O.T. and the A.A.S. degrees.
