WR 121Z - English Composition I Credits - 4 Lecture - 4 WR121Z engages students in the study and practice of critical thinking, reading, and writing. This course focuses on analyzing and composing across varied rhetorical situations and in multiple genres. Students will apply key rhetorical concepts flexibly and collaboratively throughout their writing and inquiry processes. Prerequisite: WR 115 or Placement Term(s) Offered: Fall, Winter, Spring Course Designation: Discipline Studies - A transferable course that meets distribution (group) requirements in the Associate of Arts Oregon Transfer (A.A.O.T.) degree and the Associate of Science (A.S.) degree. Note: Courses meeting distribution requirements may always be used as electives in the transfer degrees.
