ANS 231 - Livestock Evaluation Credits - 3 Lecture - 2 Lab - 1 The subject of livestock judging and evaluation is presented in a practical and direct manner. Classroom study of current type and market demand is combined with actual livestock judging experience. Classes of cattle, sheep, swine, and horses will be judged. Term(s) Offered: Spring Course Designation: C/T Elective - A maximum of 12 credits of college-level career and technical courses may be used as electives in the A.A.O.T. and the A.A.S. degrees.
