CH 223Z - General Chemistry III Credits - 4 Lecture - 4 Builds upon the principles presented in CH 222Z, explores thermodynamics and chemical equilibrium, and applies them to the study of aqueous acid-base reactions, solubility, and electrochemistry. CH223Z is a lecture course; CH 229Z is the laboratory component. Prerequisite: CH 222Z (if repeating this course, CH 229Z is also a prerequisite) Corequisite: CH 229Z Term(s) Offered: Spring Course Designation: Discipline Studies - A transferable course that meets distribution (group) requirements in the Associate of Arts Oregon Transfer (A.A.O.T.) degree and the Associate of Science (A.S.) degree.
