CSS 210 - Forage Crop Production Credits - 3 Lecture - 3 This course builds an understanding on dryland pastures, irrigated pastures and forages for hay and livestock production. The economic applications of plant physiology, plant culture, and management of forage species common to the Pacific Northwest are examined. Recognition is given to the importance of forages in the human food chain and its effect on the world’s food problem. A Cooperative Work Experience credit is encouraged to enroll in with this course. Corequisite: AGR 280 Term(s) Offered: Fall Course Designation: C/T Elective - A maximum of 12 credits of college-level career and technical courses may be used as electives in the A.A.O.T. and the A.A.S. degrees.
