DSL 151 - Heavy Duty Brakes I

Hydraulic and airbrake systems principles of operation. Mechanical parking brake system principles of operation. Self-energizing, drum, disc, parking, internal expanding, and external band parking brakes will be covered. Brake system components and inspections will also be covered.
Prerequisite: DSL 181 or AGM 131
