CSS 211 - Introduction to Remote Sensing Credits - 5 Lecture - 3 Lecture/Lab - 2 Students will obtain a working knowledge of the principles of aerial imagery and remote sensing, including satellites, photography, infrared, thermal sensing, and Lidar with emphasis on understanding and utilizing different types of remote sensors for primarily agricultural applications and objectives. Term(s) Offered: Fall Course Designation: C/T Elective - A maximum of 12 credits of college-level career and technical courses may be used as electives in the A.A.O.T. and the A.A.S. degrees.
