Intended Program Outcomes:

This one-year certificate program is designed for individuals who want to own and operate a business. All coursework may be applied to the Business Administration AAS degree. Upon successful completion of the program, students will be able to:

• Apply effective written and verbal communication skills individually and in groups.
• Apply analytical, technology, and reasoning skills relevant to the profession.
• Apply appropriate choices on both a professional and personal level.
• Deliver quality customer service. 
• Interpret financial data and use it to make informed decisions about the operating performance of a company.
• Describe the marketing plan and strategies behind product/service positioning, pricing, distribution (placement), and promotion.
