CJ 109 - Careers in Criminal Justice Credits - 3 Lecture - 3 This course is designed to assist students in identifying potential local, state, and federal career opportunities in the criminal justice system, including law enforcement, courts, and corrections. Students will become familiar with the educational requirements, lifestyle considerations, application processes, testing, screening, training, and certification requirements of employment in the field of criminal justice. Students will solidify their academic plan and prepare a personal career plan based on their goals. Students are strongly encouraged to take this course concurrently or immediately after CJ 100 .
