ED 280 - Cooperative Work Experience

Credits - 1-8
The purpose of this education practicum experience is to give first and second-year education majors an opportunity to gain volunteer experience with age-appropriate children in an educational setting. Students participating in this practicum must successfully complete a criminal history verification check. Practicum situations may include one-to-one or small group tutoring in reading, math, or other areas in a classroom setting.

Course Designation: Elective - A transferable course that can be used to fulfill undesignated elective requirements in the associate’s degree programs.
