CH 106 - Introductory Chemistry

This course covers lipids; carbohydrates; amino acids, proteins, and enzymes; nucleic acids and protein synthesis; metabolism and energy production; carbohydrate production; carbohydrate, lipid, and protein metabolism; and body fluids.
Prerequisite: CH 104Z and CH 124Z, CH 105, CH 110, CH 221Z and CH 227Z, or CH 222Z and CH 228Z
Discipline Studies - A transferable course that meets distribution (group) requirements in the Associate of Arts Oregon Transfer (A.A.O.T.) degree. Note: Courses meeting distribution requirements may always be used as electives in the transfer degrees. Lab Science - Course that meets the laboratory requirement.
