ANS 231 - Livestock Evaluation Credits - 3 Lecture - 2 Lab - 1 The subject of livestock judging and evaluation is presented in a practical and direct manner. Classroom study of current type and market demand is combined with actual livestock judging experience. Classes of cattle, sheep, swine, and horses will be judged.
