ANS 121 - Animal Science Credits - 3 Lecture - 2 Lab - 1 Designed to familiarize students with the various phases of animal science and the modern livestock industry. Major subject areas discussed are: the livestock industry, livestock breeds, animal products, grading, and nutrition fundamentals. Labs involve students in hands-on experience and field trips.
