G 103 - Introduction to Geology - Historical Geology Credits - 4 Lecture - 3 Lab - 1 An overview of the geologic interpretation of the Earth’s history . Methods for interpreting the geologic record, the stratigraphic history of North America, and the continuity of life as it is interpreted from the fossil record will bediscussed. Prerequisite:MTH 062 Recommended. Course fulfills laboratory science requirement. Need not be taken in sequence. This becomes an elective if G 203 is taken.
